Experience in roofing and construction preferred but not required.
Who is University Roofing & Construction?
We are a family owned, premier roofing contractor. We specialize in synthetic, cedar shake, slate, tile and copper roofing systems. We bring together our passion for architecture and construction with our desire to help individuals and businesses make educated decisions regarding their property.
What does an outside sales position entail?
As a leader in outside sales you will be responsible for running appointments, generating leads, scheduling and conducting thorough roof inspections, as well as, working respectfully with outside adjusters during adjustments. You will be the lead on project management during roof replacements.
Qualifications for outside sales positions:
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver license
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable vehicle
- Ability to use basic Gmail Suite and email communications
- Ability to transport and use a ladder for inspections
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Availability to work 10 hour days (seasonal)
- Punctual
Compensation:
- Competitive commission based on experience
Negotiable depending on experience.
