SCOPE
Remove existing medium, heavy 3/4″ hand-split, cedar shake on all roofing components and replace with DaVinci Roofscapes Synthetic Cedar Shake in the color Cedar. Replace and custom fabricate all new, copper chimney, step, and wall flashings. Custom fabricate new copper bays, dormers and cupola. Remove existing gutters and downspouts and replace with custom fabricated copper downspouts and gutters. Remove modified bitumen roofing systems and replace with a TPO roofing system.
